New Toy
My iPod Touch finally showed up after 2 weeks and my having to threaten to pull my payment back through PayPal. Not such a great first impression with eBay. I did all the right things, I read the ad thoroughly, I checked the seller’s rating (it was TOP NOTCH) I won the bid and paid for the item immediately.
Apparently, the seller had put the iPod up before and the winner never paid, so (according to her) they waited for my payment to clear. I call shenanigans. I paid immediately, through PayPal with a credit card. It did NOT take 2 weeks to clear. That is here nor there, as I told her in an email, communication with me would have prevented that. She ignored my emails for the whole 2 weeks, ONLY responding when I threatened to pull the money back and cancel the sale.
I gave her negative feedback and I’m not changing it. She needs to learn to communicate with her buyers better. Silly twat.
Okay, now that I caved and became assimilated, what apps for this thing do I need?

First of all I’m completely fucking jealous. Secondly I’ve heard there’s every kind of app imaginable for that thing. Twitter, AIM, games. O_O Get to it!

If an item costs over a certain amount, the seller doesn’t get paid until the package arrives, whether the seller inputs the tracking information or the buyer indicates the item arrived. That’s happened to me before. So her excuse is total bullshit. She probably didn’t get paid because she didn’t ship the item.

I’ve only had problems on Ebay once and it was with a high money item too. Glad you finally for it though!

I plan to sell my coat on eBay once it gets warm enough. I have never sold on eBay, only purchased. I am nervous, but I agree that communication is key.
